Employer-led Learning

Our employer partners are the driving force behind UTC Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park.

We are partnered with a range of top employers, both local and national, as well as research and university facilities, including the Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre, Palo Alto Networks, Medilink UK, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Sheffield International Venues, Westfield Health and both Sheffield Hallam University and The University of Sheffield.

Students are exposed to the world of work through a variety of employer engagement activities:

Employer-led ‘real-life’ projects engage and challenge pupils. They benefit from a good and realistic experience in the areas of computing, health sciences or sport. Consequently, pupils acquire a wide range of employability skills and make good progress from their starting points.
